From the moment the workers stamped a rooster on her hand - this place was a hit with Lucy! Not to mention the live animals and the PONY RIDES!
After the farm (and a quick lunch inside the dinosaur museum - thanks Grandma and Grandpa!) we spent the afternoon just doing our own thing: napping...wandering campus ...playing tennis...completing orthodontia re-certification...you know, whatever!
But you can't postpone a party for long in this family. By 6:30pm we were gathered at our apt. complex Multi-Purpose Building for dinner and a little cake to celebrate Josh-the-very-youngest-Truman's one-year-old b-day.
Lucy, Sophie, and Kate, enjoyed rolling down hills as much (actually more) than eating cake and ice cream.
And then...Let the games begin! Grandpa almost bested the combined strength of his 17 grandchildren in a tug of war competition...
...but not quite. What really impressed us was the way Lucy took on her uncles without even breaking a sweat!
Ok...Maybe she had a little help...
And the grand finale...
TWISTER...and some pretty tired kids!!

Wow, what a day. Sounds like you guys had a blast. That tug of war is absolutely hilarious. Hmmm, ideas for our family get-togethers.
Sounds like you guys are having a GREAT time!
I'm assuming it was more than the kids that were pretty tired :)
