Some days you try to clean out and organize the bathroom cupboards and drawers.
And you make a little progress.
But then it dawns on you that you ought to be drinking smoothies on the porch instead.

And so you do. Drink smoothies on the porch.
And when your three-year-old accidentally kicks her cup of sweetness all over the cement, you don't worry very much.
You just fill up her cup...and make a splashing puddle where the stickiness used to be.
And you feel grateful to be with your Family

I'm blinded by the whiteness of the last picture! Cute picture but I don't like the effect you put on your camera...please tell me it was an effect.
I need a smoothie now! Too bad our blender died... I need to buy another one soon so that the summer doesn't pass us by smoothie-less.
I love the pics. Yes, Lori you always remind me that we can't forget to enjoy the journey.
Have I mentioned that I LOVE your hair? (I am referring to Lori's, although you have nice hair too, Wes :)
And Lucy's curls are awesome! Wish I could have been on the porch with you, but our summer is pretty great here too. love.
Love the smoothies and the stickyness turned into puddle. Amazed how you can always find something fun and exciting out of the little things of life.
I like the photo effects! Very cool.
Today I resolve to make splashing puddles out of the stickiness of life! Too much Martha too little Mary in right now!
In my life, that is!
Well I am liking it better now, and I think that's a great way in taking your pictures. But now your comment is deleted Lori, so everyone has no idea what I am talking about, but you can delete this comment too. Even though everyone is probably getting follow up comments anyway. Hope you are having another BRIGHT day today! :-) Loves to your family from ours.
Smoothies sound good! Perfect for hot summer days! And your hair looks great! Way to go for summer do's!
I love your hair too! I also got the side-swept bangs recently, and I love them!
Yuuuummmm. Smoothies!
