Our diet has been virtually meatless for the past four months. So I tell you: the turkey was a treat.

Why no meat? Is it no money or health reasons? I've been slowly reducing the amount of meat we eat. In fact, I don't even buy/prepare red meat anymore for health reasons. But, money's also tight, so we're reducing it for both reasons. I should sent you my delicious lentil chili recipe. (Perfect on those cold nights--meat free and cheap!)
Glad you had a good holiday. (I love Spencer roaring at the lion. That's hilarious.)
