Since Sunday

 She's been wearing it non-stop.

(He wanted a picture of his peanut butter too.)

(Gladly.)

She wanted to paint her nails in celebration.
She insisted on painting mine.  Painted fingernails = not my favorite.  But how could I resist?

"Goodbye!" I called as she hopped out of the car for school this morning, "Be kind to everyone! Remember to choose the right!"

"Bye Mom!" she hollered back, "I'll remember 'cause I've got my ring!"

How long until we lose it?
I'm hoping for another week's worth of wearing.

Will she remember without it?

I'm hoping for most of the time.

This made me smile. We've gone through our fair share of CTR rings- they've been lost, vacuumed, thrown away, squished. I keep swearing that I won't get him another, but how can I resist when he puts it on and becomes "CTR man" running around the house and asking people how he can help them. :)

Oh that Lucy girl... she makes me smile! William was the same way and then cried when we lost the ring...

Well, knowing Lucy I'm fairly confident that she chooses the right most of the time. But even the best of us like a reminder once in awhile!
