So make a wish and hold on tight
There's magic in the air tonight
And anything can happen....
The Princess and The Frog soundtrack has been playing in our car since Lu's birthday.
We love the music and the movie.
And we love our generous, southern friend Jay Brown whose office is full of Tabasco sauce and Mardi Gras beads.
We finished in time...
...and found a few other southern bells to dance and decorate masks with.
And then, a trip down the bayou before heading home.
(Lucy insisted I have my picture by the bayou as well!)
Lu's favorite part of the night?
The multi-colored fireflies.
Someone (ahem, Jay Brown) saw her admiring eyes and released one into her hands as a souvenir.
She kept it close while eating her beignet...
The evening star and a beautiful moon shown as we walked to the car.
Magic.

Ah, the fun side of having children and being a Hall Advisor. :) She's such a beautiful little princess.

Do Carter's get any credit for taking Wes and Lucy to their first showing of Princess and the Frog?? :) I was happy to see Jay :) ANd I LOVE the way you guys prepared for your trip! Well done! Can't wait to get the entire re-cap!
And Eric says can't wait til we can go together!
I'm so glad she loves this movie. I don't think it did as well as Disney was hoping. But the music is what truly makes it, and I think Lucy has great taste!
