A Very Important Date

Starring, of course,

and

And friends!!!!

Spencer's dinner prayer requested help that we "not eat too many candy corns."

Smile.  I've been praying for a lot more than candy corn self control lately and fully admit to a complete emotional breakdown yesterday.

But tonight was just about perfect.

I think our Dad Hatter would be proud!

Happy Halloween!

Spencer counting his Halloween 'haul' may very well be the sweetest thing I have seen this year!

Such a creative costume pair! Spencer looks very dashing as the white rabbit and his counting and joy of having "15!" is fantastic. Thank you for sharing.

Oh such a great picture record of the evening! You are such a dear!

Maybe you and I should figure out costumes together for next year; seeing as we both went as "moms" this year. :)

BUT, you were a wonderful cheshire cat!

Thanks for all the beautiful moments shared on your blog!

What a dapper white rabbit he is. And Alice is beautiful as always. Sorry for hard days, but glad for small joys and fun memories (I had forgotten about that little tea party you guys had). Love you!

Just darling.

Your vacation posts had me in tears, Lori. So much tenderness -- your sweet dad, your longing to trace Wes's whiskered jaw line. As I read about it all, my heart was right there with yours.

Lots of love, dear friend.
