We made it to the Brigham Temple open house in late August.
There may or may not have been several rounds the Duck Tales theme song on that bus ride. Spencer had been working hard all summer to teach his cousins!
But off the bus, we got ready to be reverent.
I love the chance to take my children inside the temple.
To give them a glimpse of the beauty,
and a taste of the sweet peace.
Brigham City is a sentimental spot in particular for my family.
So many of my roots wind through that little peach laden valley.
It was a wonderful day, and the dedication a few weeks ago was a blessing to my heart in so many additional ways. (And all these temple related events make me so excited for what's taking shape over our back fence!)

that is one beautiful view you have in your backyard. And the Brigham City Temple was beautiful and the dedication was special to me too. :)
What a great experience. I love that your children get to go visit the temple (and that you have one in your back yard!)
I love to see the Temple and I love to see all those people I love. So grateful for your family. Photo of Dee and Spencer Dee's hands, priceless.
I too am anxious for the temple in Payson as well. Heartfelt, reverent feelings abide as a result of these beautiful edifices.
